Skilled People.com aims to provide employers with an easy to use and economic way to attract mature and experienced people.
Our charges compare highly favourably with the traditional agency route: they are for fixed amounts - not percentages of salary.
Placing details of a vacancy on the database
Once you have registered, you can post as many jobs as you wish - totally free of charge
Placing an advertisement
Purchasing a display advertisement for your vacancies will give your jobs maximum visibility. They will be displayed prominently on the site for anyone to view, whereas vacancies posted on the database will only be available to members
Advertisements cost £5 per day (7 day minimum).
To add a direct link to the recruitment pages on your own site
We recognise that many employers now have their own recruitment pages, and prefer jobseekers to apply directly to them.
If you have a recruitment section on your website, you do not have to post details of your vacancies on Skilled People.com
We can provide a direct link to your site, so that our members can browse your vacancies and follow your preferred recruitment practices.
The fee for a direct link is £100 per month, subject to a minimum of 3 months. Annual contracts attract a reduction of £100
This is an extremely economic way of attracting experienced candidates, as there are no additional fees payable if you appoint someone introduced by Skilled People.com.
To receive contact details of a member
The career details and contact information of a member can be downloaded from your administration area free of charge.
