Company Description: International Primary School in Jinja Town, Uganda
Job Description: We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced primary school teachers to spend a year working in our lovely little international school. We are a young developing parent run school with 40 children enrolled across class levels nursery to year 3. We need passionate, experienced teachers to help move our Ugandan teaching staff forward and to help us develop a strong curriculum and resource base from which to build an educational Centre of Excellence in the district. You need to be financially secure to the degree where you are able and willing to take on this position without the need for substantial financial remuneration. Core Skills: Classroom teaching, planning and evaluation.
Core qualifications: Our school runs loosely along the lines of the English national curriculum. Due to the limited availability of resources however the applicant need to be open minded and flexible and able to adapt skills and experience to suit our specific circumstances.
