Core Skills: Educated to A level standard, CF1 and CF3 qualified, at least 18 months experience within financial services, exceptional telephone skills, proven track record of providing excellent customer service.· Experience of working with databases & management of them· Proven track record of high levels of accuracy and productivity
Core qualifications: Good keyboard skills, computer literate, team player, calm under pressure.
