SIMS Claims is the fastest growing Claims Service provider in the UK. The business operates a cradle to grave claims handling service, and has recently opened a second office in Tonbridge to accommodate the growth that the business is going through.
Job Description:
As a result of this growth, we are now looking for an experienced Secretary or PA to work on our Tonbridge Reception. The role will see you attending to our three Directors needs, being responsible for booking travel, hotels, diary management and processing expenses, liaising with external clients as well as providing an occasional front of house service for the quiet reception.
Core Skills:
Familiar with basic computer skills, Good letter writing skills, Able to work without supervision/on own initiative, Good at getting things done, Good organiser, Good with people on the phone, Reliable,
Core qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of dealing with people at all levels, diary management skills, previous experience in a similar role preferred.
