Corporate and Leisure Travel Specialists. We are a small independent Agency situated on the outskirts of Bath. We specialise in Business Travel and the Luxury Leisure Travel Market. We are looking for an experienced bookeeper who can work independently and is not phased by the complications of Travel Accounts!

Job Description

Previous experience within the travel industry would be preferred, but not essential. Must have experience of Sage accounting, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Main responsibilities

PAYE, VAT, all accounts, bookkeeping and administration, payments, receipts, banking, statements, costing, credit card processing, and credit control.

Experience of Trams or Dolphin Dynamics Back office systems preferred but not essential.

Excellent knowledge of SAGE processing and finances to monthly profit and loss, management accounts and reporting Cash flow management and reporting. Customer query handling and reception.

Handling supplier and business partner queries. General administration including filing and correspondence. Supplier and client account management. Ordering and managing stationery stock and general office supplies. Administration assistance (diary, appointment management, etc.)
