Job Description

An experienced project manager/co-ordinator to handle the planning and execution of projects. This role would have responsibility to take responsibility, following the conclusion of commercial agreement, for the successful delivery of projects from agreeing the scope and timescales for the project, the identification of all material / H&S requirements, liaison with Administration to prepare Job Packs, the Contracts Director on resource requirements, monthly valuations and any variations to contract; to final commissioning and sign-off.
The role would suit an experienced person looking for a full-time/part-time role.
A background in construction or electrical projects with an understanding of H&S requirements would be preferable.
Own transport required to travel to Client meetings across the NW.
